Jethro K. "Jaye" Johnson Endowed Scholarship

Jethro K. "Jaye" Johnson Endowed ScholarshipThe establishment of the Jethro K. “Jaye” Johnson Endowed scholarship will support the academic pursuit and leadership development of non-traditional students and other deserving Broncos. During her 40 plus years of service, Jaye has worked as a college administrator, high school counselor, and classroom teacher. A distinguished educator and community leader, as well as a dedicated alumna, she has positively influenced many lives through encouragement, guidance, and counsel. In 2010, Jaye was one of three to be recognized, and the only counselor, with a Golden Apple Award from Western Michigan University’s College of Education and Human Development. The scholarship endowment in her name will extend this legacy by supporting promising students, and is dedicated to furthering those students’ educational goals for years to come.
