Bronco football is already back in the news. P.J. Fleck was named MAC Coach of the Year-- and to sweeten the news, running back Jarvion Franklin won the MAC Offensive Player of the Year AND Freshman of the Year awards. He is the first player in MAC history to win both awards.

Coach Fleck led the Broncos to an 8-4 season, the most wins the team has seen since 2008. In addition to record recruiting class, the team won 11 MAC Player of the Week awards this season, had the MAC's top scoring offense, top passing efficiency rating and led the conference in sacks. For the first time since 2011, the Broncos are bowl eligible. Fleck was also named a semifinalist for the Maxwell Foundation Coach of the Year Award.
