Joseph started at DETROIT RADIANT soon after graduating and has worked his way to the top, holding positions along the way such as sales, operation, field support and production.
Wortman has also recently been inducted as a member of VISTAGE MICHIGAN, the Michigan branch of the prestigious and leading organization for CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS in the world.
Joseph is also HEAD of an industry group that promotes infrared heating, the INFRARED HEATER SAFETY COUNCIL.
