Recently, Crudder was featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for his 'unusual job,' which is to seek out new beers for Taco Mac. The job has taken him all over the world in search of the perfect brews to add to Taco Mac's expanding 100-tap (and more in bottles) beer selection.
Crudder earned his expertise in the warehouse of Bronco-Favorite Bell's Brewery as a WMU student.

ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION — FRED CRUDDER BOLDLY SEARCHES OUT TASTY NEW BREWS
The story of Taco Mac's name is a simple one. When the founders of the restaurant set out to look for the first location in Atlanta, the best they could find was a little taco stand. Wanting to change the signage, there were kitchen repairs that needed to be made first, so the sign stayed, and the spot became known for beer and southeast style buffalo chicken wings. And yes, they do serve tacos.
