Inside the Golden Globes
Terry Crews, who plays Sergeant Terry Jeffords on the Fox television show Brooklyn Nine-Nine, was with his fellow cast members at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night to accept the award for Best Television Comedy Series.

The series, currently in its first season, centers around a fictional New York Police Department precinct in Brooklyn. Crews brings his usual blend of macho man/ funny man to his role as a sergeant who has 'lost his edge.'

According to the LA Times, "Sunday's surprise victory signaled a growing warmth toward the show, which has met with mixed but generally positive reviews."
