Western Michigan University news and updates for September 19 – 25, 2014. This week's campus photo features of a view of the College of Health and Human Services with the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital’s water tower in the distance. The tower has become somewhat of a landmark in Kalamazoo since its construction in 1895.
The College of Health and Human Services was constructed much more recently, in 2005. The 240,000 square foot building is located on the Oakland drive campus and houses a student commons, classrooms, labs, and administrative offices for each academic unit in the college.
