Western Michigan University updates and alumni in the news from August 28 – September 3, 2015. This week’s campus photo features some of the events of Fall Welcome.
Fall Welcome is a four-day event that helps first-year students with their academic and social transitions to collegiate life. New students began moving into residence halls on Monday, August 31 and then participated in events such as meetings, orientations, classroom tours, presentations, and informational sessions regarding campus activities. Students also had the opportunity to run in Buster’s Moonlight Stampede, a 3k fun run; Greek-a-Palooza; Stadium Night; and much more.
