M. Jeffrey Spence (BS '96, Economics) has been appointed the Vice President of National Accounts at the largest full service truck leasing organization in North America. NationaLease has over 600 service locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and a combined fleet of over 125,000 tractors, trucks, and trailers.

Spence comes to NationaLease from Idealease Inc., where he served as Director of Lease Development. He began his career in transportation at Ryder Transportation and Logistics where held several managerial positions. He has also worked for PacLease in Chicago.

Spence will be Vice President for the National Accounts program, which creates transportation solutions for businesses with national reach by offering services that include full service leasing, customized contract maintenance, distributing and routing analysis, vehicle rental, centralized billing, and more—with a single point of contact.
