Our Brewing Company is slated to open in late October, but the idea has been around much longer. Sexton describes it as "Old English cafe style— just good, quality beer." The ex-Bronco Football defensive end (Sexton played for the Broncos from 94-98) wants to welcome all Broncos to enjoy his new endeavor.
The website landing page (full website coming soon) boasts, "Our Brewing Company will feature a post-prohibition celebratory spirit and a hometown, neighborhood pub feeling. We want our patrons to feel comfortable popping in for one beer, or staying all afternoon with a good book or to watch a football game."
And the brews? All created by Sexton's partner, Trevor Doublestein, who has been home brewing for years. The laid-back bar will feature tasty snacks, but won't have a full menu just yet—patrons are welcome to bring in their own food, or have something delivered from one of the unique downtown Holland eateries.
What else will you find? Live entertainment several times a week, a fireplace with a "really cool interior," and the exciting revitalized downtown Holland atmosphere. Doublestein is an ex-builder—using his skills not only to craft the brews, but craft the interior as well.
Our Brewing Company will be right on the main drag in Downtown Holland, at 76 East 8th Street. The bar will be the second Micro-Brewery in Holland (three doors down from New Holland Brewing Co).
Why now? Sexton wanted to back his poker-playing buddy, Doublestein. "Let's do it now," he said," I didn't want it to be a 'coulda, shoulda, woulda."

Sexton and his Bronco football teammates are still "good buddies." They recently purchased a suite a Waldo Stadium to see the Broncos play, and often travel to away games to cheer on the Broncos.
