Small business owners wanted a salesperson but did not have the time or knowledge to train them, let alone the funds to pay them. Cobb-Dennard founded Outsourced Sales Force to help companies build their first sales team. Unlike some people, he likes to sell and finds many of his clients through networking.
Cobb-Dennard has been active in Rainmakers, where he was named Rookie of the Year in 2009, and the Little Red Door Cancer Agency, where he is on the board of directors.
