She's at it Again!
"The Doritos Crash the Super Bowl Contest is the biggest commercial contest there is. Having the chance to have my work air in the Super Bowl for more than 100 million people is a life-changing opportunity. It's awesome that Doritos enables young filmmakers to have a chance to show their work on the biggest stage there is," says Heather Kasprzak (BA '05, Film, VIdeo, and Media Studies).

This is the third year Kasprzak has entered the contest and every year she's been a finalist. This year, she's at it again with a commercial produced along with her boyfriend, Road Chip (see below for voting and viewing information).

If she wins, it means Super Bowl air time, a $1 million bonus, and a grand prize to work with Director Michael Bay.

Although her ads did not air the last two years, she's learned a lot from the experience, "I
t has also motivated me to make something better each year.  Going to the Super Bowl and being a part of that level of competition is a great experience. I've learned so much about marketing and branding myself online, which is so important right now."

It has also helped her become a more credible film maker. In 2012, Kasprzak worked writing and producing Hot Wheels commercials for Mattel. She's also worked on a comedy short and is submitting it to film festivals.
