The Western Michigan University Men's Rugby Football Club is raising money and helping others go green (and clean out their garages) at the same time. The team will be collecting old paint cans on March 1. It can cost up to $6 to dispose of one can, but the Rugby team is only charging $2 per can.

They will have a collection area set up in the parking lot of Hardings Market at 6330 S. Westnedge (near Crossroads Mall in Portage, Mich.) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, on Saturday, March 1.

Additionally, the team will be hosting a collegiate 7's Series Tournament at WMU and Kalamazoo College on April 5. The team hopes to recruit some new players while gaining exposure.
