Gwen Frostic, B.A. '29
Ms. Frostic, once called "Michigan's Greatest Natural Resource," is known throughout the nation as author of over 15 books featuring her images of nature and her poetry.
She is the sole proprietor of "Presscraft Papers" in Benzonia. She holds honorary doctorate degrees from five colleges and universities and has been recognized from both state and national horticultural societies.
