Beer Cheese Dip

An easy dip for any party! - submitted by Suzanne Schenk Schmechel 

Ingredients:
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dip mix
  • 6 to 12 oz of your favorite beer

 

Instructions:
  1. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch packet together. 
  2. Once combined, slowly incorporate the beer until you reach your desired consistency. 
  3. Serve with with pretzels, carrots, celery, broccoli, or any other veggies you like.
