Home cooking is a great way to pass time and enjoy a good meal. Whether it’s grandma’s recipe, something you swiped online, or your own favorite creation - we want you to share it with the Bronco Nation! Buster Bronco Baked Beans

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 (28 oz cans) baked beans, maple cured bacon, drained
- 2 medium yellow onions, diced
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, diced
- 1 (10 oz can) diced Rotel tomatoes, drained

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. olive oil, or vegetable/cooking oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 5 celery ribs, diced
- 3.8 oz black olives, chopped fine
- 24 oz canned mushrooms, drained, chopped large
- 18 oz broad noodles (such as No Yolks® pasta)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (more to taste)
- 6 oz pepperoni
- 67 oz traditional Italian tomato sauce
- 8 oz freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- Optional: fresh Italian parsley and fresh Parmesan cheese, grated liberally to finish

Spicy Cajun Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb of smoked sausage or andouille sausage
- 1 lb of penne pasta
- 2 tsp. of Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Dried Parsley
- 2-4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce or Franks Red Hot
- 1 (15 oz jar) of Alfredo sauce

Protein + Veggie Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 tbs. coconut, avocado, or extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 bunch of asparagus, washed and cut into one-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup your choice of cooked cubed/chopped steak, chicken, lamb, tofu, seafood, or black beans
- Your favorite spice combination: salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic – whatever you love!
- 1-2 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups power greens or spinach and arugula mix
- Splash of balsamic vinegar or coconut amino acids

Ultimate Vegan Black Bean Burgers

- 1 flax egg (1 tbs. flaxseed meal + 3 tablespoons water)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 (15 oz can) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 -1/3 cup oat flour, gluten free if desired
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder

- 3 large ripe bananas (about 1 and 1/2 cups mashed)

- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Autumn Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 3 medium carrots, cut into medium dice
- 1 large yellow onion, cut into medium dice
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups 1/2-inch-cubed peeled butternut squash (about half a 2-lb. squash)
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- Pinch cayenne pepper; more to taste
- Kosher salt
- 1 quart lower-salt vegetable broth
- 1 14.5-oz. can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 cups lightly packed, coarsely chopped kale
- 1 cup lower-salt canned chickpeas

- 1 baguette French bread or similar – cut into 1/4 inch slices
- Pam olive oil spray
- 4 oz cream cheese – softened
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 6 ripe Roma tomatoes, diced and seeds removed
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 6-8 basil leaves, chopped, plus some for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tbs. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. honey
- 6 tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 6 tbs. olive oil (or oil of your choice)
- Sandwich buns of your choice, lightly toasted or grilled
