Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Optional-1 cup candy/other extra of your choice (m&m’s, peanut butter chips, nuts, etc).
Instructions:
- Grease the pan; 8x8 recommended (the bigger the pan the thinner the fudge)
- In a large microwave safe bowl, combine: sugar, cocoa, and salt. Stir until well blended.
- Add butter and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until butter melts.
- Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Microwave on high 1 minute.
- Stir in vanilla and candy pieces.
- Pour into the pan and chill until firm.
