Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits, uncooked
 - 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
 - 1 bag of refrigerated breakfast potatoes
 - Salt and pepper
 - Optional: sautéed green peppers, onions
 - 5-6 slices cooked center cut bacon, chopped
 - 6 breakfast sausage links, cooked and chopped
 - 1 cup cooked diced ham
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Spray 9x13 baking casserole dish with cooking spray
 - Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl.
 - Cut each biscuit into fours and add it to the bowl. (Do this before cooking the meat so they can soak in the eggs).
 - Cook and break up/chop/cut your meat.
 - Add meats, potatoes, and half of the cheese to the bowl.
 - Mix it all up and pour into pan.
 - Sprinkle rest of cheese to the top.
 - Add a little salt and pepper, or red pepper flakes if you're feeling spicy!
 - Bake for 30 minutes.
 
*Secret Tip: make this the night before, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir it up then pour into sprayed baking dish and bake.
