Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained
Instructions:
- Preheat over to 400ºF.
- Mix thoroughly drained spinach with mayonnaise, cheeses, and artichokes.
- Fold in garlic and spinach, and spread into baking/serving dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned.
- Serve warm with pita bread or your favorite crackers for dipping.
