Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 8 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained 
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained

 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat over to 400ºF. 
  2. Mix thoroughly drained spinach with mayonnaise, cheeses, and artichokes. 
  3. Fold in garlic and spinach, and spread into baking/serving dish. 
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned. 
  5. Serve warm with pita bread or your favorite crackers for dipping.
