A recipe from my favorite nurse in Chicago! - submitted by Nicole Shaheen
Ingredients:
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 package of instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large Bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl up until chocolate chips and stir until well incorporated. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until you can poke the cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Let cool completely, and flip Bundt pan upside down onto a cake tray to remove from pan. Serve and enjoy!
