Carol's Quick Chocolate Cake

A recipe from my favorite nurse in Chicago! - submitted by Nicole Shaheen

Ingredients:
  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 package of instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large Bundt pan with butter or cooking spray. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl up until chocolate chips and stir until well incorporated. Be careful not to over-mix. 
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. 
  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until you can poke the cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean. 
  5. Let cool completely, and flip Bundt pan upside down onto a cake tray to remove from pan. Serve and enjoy!
